This machine is designed for the cleaning of mounted or non mounted plates used for the printing of corrugated board in flexography.  The machine takes mounted plates, all sizes, thanks to a double fixation system, compatible"MATTHEWS" with which the magnetic cylinder is equipped. It is also possible to clean non mounted plates by simply positioning on the cylinder with the very strong magnets which are supplied with the machine.

The accumulated action of the 3 brushes system and a low-concentrated water/detergent solution heated at 40° permits to perfectly and very quickly clean all kinds of line or half-tone plates, in a minimum of time - 1 to 3 minutes - and with a product without danger for environment.
